Pet Care Technician

Canine fun and happiness are what we do, and our Pet Care Technicians make sure every furry guest gets their share. This rewarding position calls for good customer service skills and knowledge of or a willingness to learn about canine body language and group play. Responsibilities include feeding, monitoring the pets, and ensuring safe play. Six months to one year experience preferred. 

Reservation Specialist

By answering client calls, Reservation Specialists provide the information and details pet parents need to make their pet’s time at Dog Mountain the best yet— every time! Must have excellent communication skills, phone manners, and a drive for results.

Duties: 

  • Answering incoming phone calls, voicemails, and emails in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Utilizing the company’s proven sales process which ensures overall success. 
  • Providing accurate and concise information to clients utilizing the tools provided. 
  • Handling reservation confirmations in a timely manner along with service changes & add-ons. 

Grooming Assistants

This important role makes sure our furry guests return home sparkly and sweet-smelling! Our team of grooming assistants ensure each pet receives a thorough and comfortable spa experience. No prior experience is necessary, but a love for dogs is a must!

Groomers

Groomers provide our furry guests with trims and haircuts. We provide an exceptional new grooming room with the latest state-of-the art equipment including hydraulic tubs and tables. If you are an experienced groomer, we look forward to speaking with you.

Trainers

At Dog Mountain, we believe the most powerful bond with your dog relies on good training. We want to bring pet parents and their dogs closer than ever with clear communication, education, and positive-based training techniques. This position works closely with both dogs and their parents.
